As the other founder of LCP, Steve Kurtz brought over 35 years of diverse real estate experience which he applied to all aspects of the LCP’s commercial asset capitalization, acquisition and development, with a particular focus on the construction management process from design through delivery and leasing.
Prior to the formation of LCP, Steve was the President and founder of Bridgeport Homes, a successful luxury custom homebuilder and developer. Steve previously worked for the multi-national high-rise developer Bramalea USA, and was responsible for site acquisition and pre-construction feasibility of new development opportunities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
