Ricky Solis is a Building Engineer at LCP Management. His primary focus is to maintain the operation and maintenance of all building equipment at the Kiewit Regional Headquarters. His duties include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and office furniture repairs.

He was previously a Building Engineer at Haynes Mechanical Systems, a company that provides technical HVAC services for the commercial real estate market, Building Automation Systems training and long-term operation of buildings and facilities in the Rocky Mountain corridor. Ricky was with Haynes Mechanical Systems for 8 months, where he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of six buildings in Panorama Circle located in Centennial, Colorado.

Prior to Haynes Mechanical, Ricky was a Facilities Maintenance Technician at the Town of Parker – Public Works – Facilities team. Ricky was with the Town of Parker for 7 years and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of Town buildings. Building rotations included Town Hall, Parker Police Department, Recreation Center, Public Works Operation Center, Parker Arts Culture and Events Center, Schoolhouse, and various small buildings throughout town property.

Prior to working for the Town of Parker, Ricky had experience working for a Solar Energy Company and multiple Electrical Contractors where he utilized his training received as an Electrician in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Ricky is from California and currently resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife and two kids.
